I’m a digital marketer passionate about search engine marketing.
I live in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada and help business owners both locally and across Canada and the United States to get customers from search engines.

Since 2002 I’ve built and optimized websites for higher rankings in Google, Bing, and Yandex, ran a Google Ads Partner Agency, worked at amazing agencies and for awesome companies.
Over the years I’ve worked with some amazing companies and marketing agencies. A handful of them were the real milestones.
I started with Critical Mass in 2006 as a media coordinator intern. Although I had built and optimized websites before that (likely a reason I got in), CM introduced me to the real world of digital marketing.
Working on account like Mercedes-Benz, Rolex and Visit Las Vegas, I learned the details of email marketing, display advertising and competitive reporting. Thanks to my CM mentors and the team, I was voted an MVP and was offered a full-time media coordinator position with the company in 2007.
I met the team at then RealtimeBoard in 2013 with the goal to audit the technical side of SEO setup and present my findings to the team. Over the years, the team grew and the company rebranded into Miro, my role grew in scope covering both SEO and paid search.
In 2018 RealtimeBoard rebranded into Miro. It was quite an amazing undertaking, which, thanks to the team, the company accomplished well. My goal was to prepare and execute on the SEO migration of multiple properties.
McCann Worldgroup is an advertising agency that is consistently ranking top 3 in Canada (McCann Canada) and taking awards with it’s agency partners around the world.
While at McCann Canada I was part of teams working on clients like Bayer Crop Science Canada, Climate FieldView, Nespresso and others. My responsibility included website audits, on-page optimization and content research.
Since 2010 I’ve worked with smaller businesses and brands on projects spanning from website design and development, SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, email marketing, content development, CRM integration and more.
Working with over 150 clients I learned the value of great customer service, internal processes and more. Of course, the biggest lesson is that working with client requires a whole lot of education. And this is what I enjoy very much. Some even say I’m really good at it 😉

When I’m not optimizing content or coaching search engine marketing, I teach my kids alpine skiing and playing the guitar.
